Apator Powogaz SA (former Fabryka Wodomierzy PoWoGaz SA – Water Meter Company) is one of the largest water meter manufacturers in Poland and Europe. It owes its strong position to experience and professionalism supported by 80–year tradition. The most important objective of the company is to supply highest quality products and services to their clients all over the world.

Metrix Our aim is to supply users with high quality products manufactured for many years, but also to constantly put new products on the market. We use our own patents and functional standards, allowing us to perform individual ideas of Clients at our Design Office. Thanks to this we became a worldwide supplier of products in the water and heat metering area.

 

The PoWoGaz brand, under which we offer a full range of water and heat meters and flow transducers for heat meters, is well known not only in Poland but also abroad. Export has a substantial influence on the development of the plant, at the moment it amounts to over 50% of total sales. We cooperate with many companies from Western and Eastern Europe, Middle and Far East countries, Africa, both Americas, and Australia.
Nowadays there is a need for economical and well thought out benefiting from the natural environment. Considering this over the last few years we performed a number of modernizations in or plant.

This way we adjust our activities to worldwide environment protection trends – improved and perfected technologies contribute to a more rational management of water and energy. This results in demand for more precise metering devices and billing services, to which we constantly strive to live up to.
We offer over 400 different products and service solutions, including:
  • residential water meters for cold and hot water in the scope of flow from 1 to 2,5 m3/h (diameter from 15 to 20mm),
  • residential water meters for cold and hot water in the scope of flow from 3,5 to 10 m3/h (diameter from 25 to 40mm),
  • industrial water meters for cold and hot water in the scope of diameters from 40 to 500mm,
  • heat meters in the scope of diameters from 15 to 300mm,
  • remote water meter reading systems

Flow meters – highest quality devices for mechanical, electromagnetic and ultrasound metering of the water volume stream.

Heat meters – residential and industrial split and compact heat meters produced on the basis of patented solutions.

System solutions – modern systems enabling remote utility reading (electrical energy, water, gas, heat), transfer of data and their visualisation.
