Management system in Apator S.A.

Increasing requirements of customers and very often growing global competition force companies to a constant search for better solutions allowing them to improve the quality of products, reduce costs and to develop more effective working processes and management structures. One of such solutions is the implementation in the Company of a management system based on PN-EN- ISO 9001 standard. Caring about the natural environment the Executive Board of the Company, on behalf of the employees commits to respect observe the requirements of obligatory legal regulations in the scope of all environmental aspects concerned as: emission of air pollutants, sewage and wastes. The declaration of conformity results from obligatory legal regulations and provisions of environmental management system according to PN-EN-ISO 14001:2005 standard. The above requirements are performed also by development of product technological solutions based on environmentally friendly processes and materials. By implementing environmental and industrial safety management systems according to PN-N-18001 standard, the company not only declares to protect the natural environment but also provide safety at work and significantly reduce manufacturing costs.

Management Policy

The executive management runs the Company through the performance of activities within the quality management system, environmental management system and industrial safety system. All those activities are aimed at:

• quality management policy according to which in order to meet customer expectations, improve the effectiveness of company operation and provide competitive products is heading towards to constant perfection of main processes and systematic implementation of product technical innovations,
  
• environmental management policy aimed at decreasing of contaminants emissions and reasonable use of natural resources,
  
• industrial safety policy aimed at decrease of hazards for employees caused by harmful factors on at work stations
  

The main objective of Apator S.A. is meeting the needs and expectations of the clients

This objective is performed by provision of safe and environmentally friendly products of the quality required by our customers and manufactured in conditions that provide safety at work.

Provision of appropriate resources enables us to perform the assumed policy and simultaneously it supports efficient operation of the integrated management system and the aspiration to its constant improvement.

The actions performed In the scope of the system are focused not only on products, their functional features and safety of operation but also on the employees.
Having the above in mind and aspiring to achieve the best market and economical results we undertake to care both about the conditions of work as well as to implement solutions preventing accidents at work, occupational diseases and near-miss incidents.

Moreover we declare that the company is operating according to current legal regulations, standards, and other requirements regarding the organization.

Constant improvement of employee competences and directing their attention to product quality, protection of the environment and safety at work enables a steady development of the system Chile taking into consideration the role of employees.
