Employees are an important asset of the company so respecting their needs and aspirations is very important.
The main objectives of HR policy are: care for professional development of staff through a system of trainings, education and professional development, motivating of employees (an original motivational system) and striving to keep employees satisfied through social activities and organization of occasional and integrative events.
In the years 2009-2010 together with ESF we are conducting a very ambitious programme of improving employee qualifications, that is including almost all sections of the company. Almost 2 million zloty will go to this programme.
Motivational remuneration system
Its main function is a motivational remuneration of employees based on clear criteria. Moreover this system supports the development of employees at various positions through aspiration to improve competences, it enables the employees to receive feedback on the results of their work as well as their strong and weak sides.
Company events and employee meetings
Caring for rest and wellbeing of our employees we organize integration and company events. For the employees they are a great opportunity to rest and get away from everyday problems.
