Employees

Something that makes Grupa Apator stand out from thousands of companies is the manner of communication and cooperation between people.

Our organizational culture is based on openness, friendship and orientation towards shared success. By working together, using our different skills and predispositions we create new possibilities for the development of the company.

Employees are an important asset of the company so respecting their needs and aspirations is very important.

The main objectives of HR policy are: care for professional development of staff through a system of trainings, education and professional development, motivating of employees (an original motivational system) and striving to keep employees satisfied through social activities and organization of occasional and integrative events.

Systematically organized thematic trainings directed at various professional groups are no less important. Only training centres offering the highest educational level, ensuring a wide coverage of the subject and provide a possibility for a practical use of the gained knowledge are chosen for such organization of trainings.

In the years 2009-2010 together with ESF we are conducting a very ambitious programme of improving employee qualifications, that is including almost all sections of the company. Almost 2 million zloty will go to this programme.

 

Motivational remuneration system

Its main function is a motivational remuneration of employees based on clear criteria. Moreover this system supports the development of employees at various positions through aspiration to improve competences, it enables the employees to receive feedback on the results of their work as well as their strong and weak sides.

 

Company events and employee meetings

Caring for rest and wellbeing of our employees we organize integration and company events. For the employees they are a great opportunity to rest and get away from everyday problems.

 

Social activity

The company has its own holiday resort. Every year it hosts almost 300 employees and their families. Summer camps and trips for children of employees are organized every year as well as Christmas gifts.
We appreciate the role of the family and make every effort so that the families of our employees feel the support of the company and Apator brand inspires only positive associations.
