Education
The agreements include, among others, cooperation in the scope of solving technical problems significant for both parties, implementation of modern technological solutions into the didactical process, promotion of students and graduates with distinctive skills and knowledge, conducting joint scientific and technological projects or cooperation concerning student traineeships (the objective is to gain the most skilled constructors, technologists, IT specialists and electrician engineers for the company).
Awards endowed for the best diploma and doctoral thesis, and scholarships for scientists conducting research may be an example of such activity.
We also support high school youth. Since a few years we have been sponsoring “EUROELEKTRA" Electrical and Electronic Contest. The objective of the contest is to improve the knowledge and professional skills of students and their better preparation to university education. The contest supports cooperation and exchange of experiences between teachers, scientific personnel of universities and people working within the industry. Winners of the contest are granted traineeships in the company and scholarships.
For many years now we have been supporting the organization of Toruń Science and Art Festival, which aims at popularization of science and art among the people of Toruń and the region.
